Nikka has a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships based on trust and respect.

She is an excellent listener who is able to understand her clients' unique needs and goals, and she is skilled at tailoring her coaching approach to meet those needs.

She helped me process my ups and downs as I was transitioning to a new role. More than anything, she helped me understand my purpose and how I should exhibit confidence in all I do.

Nikka is an empathetic, authentic, creative, coach that is passionate to listen and provide her clients full space and time to reflect.

She builds and creates trust and safety, spreading calmness and comfort that enabled me to move smoothly during our coaching sessions.

Her coaching style is heart touching and mind opening. She gave me a safe space to think and reflect. Her presence enables her to ask insightful questions, raising my awareness to see more possibilities."

I had the pleasure of working with Nikka for over a year and got to see firsthand the extraordinary passion and professionalism that she puts into her work.

In particular, her strong executive presence and effective communication skills made her a powerful force when we were engaging with new clients.

Nikka has a massive heart for people and cares deeply about helping her coachee make a breakthrough in their growth. I recommend her without reservation.

She has the unique ability to quickly grasp and understand the complex human interactions at play in a corporate environment. And this was possible because of her sharp intellect and observational skills.

Most importantly she never forgot that she was coaching people—all of them different, all of them with their own specific issues.

Nikka's coaching is a perfect combination of science and nurture. She allows you to go through self-realization with her logical sequence of questions but at the same time she cares for your emotions, morale, and well-being.

This is the reason why her approach is perfect for parenting, new graduates, young and upcoming leaders and leaders who are focusing on developing their direct reports.

I am proud to be Nikka's cohort and I am very thankful that I am working with her.

Curious About Coaching?

Here are some frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaches and therapists both create long-lasting behavior changes to improve people’s lives—but they work in different ways to achieve this. Therapists are trained mental health professionals who diagnose and treat illnesses such as depression, anxiety or deep trauma.

Coaches are trained professionals who use  Psychology to build mental fitness and emotional agility for success. Coaching is a proactive approach that ignites well-being, peak-performance and personal growth. Not everyone is mentally ill, but everyone can work on improving mental fitness and emotional agility with a coach.

It seems anyone can call themselves a coach. Is coaching a scam?

No, but it’s essential to find a trained professional coach who matches you and your goals. Nikka is an ICF-credentialed coach who has been certified to use science-based coaching grounded on Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing.

To maintain their credentialed status, ICF coaches are required to earn continuous coaching education units. As science and psychology progress, training never ends for professional ICF coaches.

I’m busy. How flexible is the coaching schedule?

Nikka and her clients collaborate to set the best schedule for their coaching sessions. Initially, coaching is held for an hour every 2 weeks. When momentum is there, sessions can be held every 3 or 4 weeks. Some clients work with Nikka for just 30 minutes once a week or every 2 weeks. Time and cadence is flexible based on a client's needs and situation.

How much does coaching cost?

Cost will depend on what you or your organization will need from Nikka as your coach. To give an exact contract price, you will have to do a Discovery Call.

How do I decide if coaching is for me?

Book a 45-minute Discovery Call so you can talk to Nikka about your goals or what you’d like to get out of coaching. You can then discuss how you can work together on your goal or challenge and decide from there. If you decide to partner with Nikka, she can craft a contract which will include the total investment for your coaching program.

I’m already successful, do I still need a coach?

Even if you are already successful, a coach offers valuable benefits. They support continuous improvement by sharpening your thinking skills and provide fresh perspectives—enhancing your decision-making. Coaches also hold you accountable, ensuring you stay focused and motivated. They help navigate new challenges that come with success, give guidance on work-life harmony, and assist in building and maintaining crucial relationships. Ultimately, a coach facilitates self-reflection, clarifying your values and motivations, leading to more meaningful success that gives you joy.
